3. What's no capping ?

-means only your order.. so i just send your order right away to supplier.. no need to wait till cappings are full.. save your waiting time..

4. What's preorder ?

-orders that only send in 1 short when have many orders.. eg, 10 orders of bag a, so send in a form. straight away, less than 10 will wait till it gets 10 orders min first then send again.
